SAYFIDDIN KARAEV: “THE OFFICERS ALWAYS HAVE EXPLAINATIONS

The housing rights  is a constitutional human right. In the constitutions of countries around the world there is such a rule. People whose housing or land plots are taken away often turn to the media. However, in isolated cases, achieve a positive solution. In the cities there are problems with the demolition of residential buildings, the owners do not receive adequate compensation, in rural areas, residents are faced with the facts of fraud and deception by officials who illegally sold land to them. The hardest thing for a journalist when his work does not bring results. People who turned to him with the hope of protecting their rights, remain "at the bottom of the tub." The bureaucratic apparatus refuses to respond to criticism or comes up with a hundred reasons in favor of its correctness. I think that journalists, together with human rights organizations, have something to work on in this direction.
